Welcome to L&L Estate Sales! To ensure everyone has a great IN PERSON shopping experience, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. Early Entry: To enter right at opening, text Irene at 781.929.1684 for an entrance number. Numbers are assigned in the order texts are received—getting one early gives you the best shot at those "must-have" items!  If you are not an early bird, join us at your convenience during sale hours. 

2. Large/Heavy Items: We use a double tear tag system. If you want to buy an item, simply tear off the bottom half of the white card. Once the bottom is gone, the item is sold.

3. Smaller Items: These are marked with tape or price tags. Please carry these with you or place them in our designated "Hold" area while you shop.

4. Payment: We currently accept Cash and Checks.
